Senior Spotlight: Antonio Lia
A 4.0+ student at Lutheran North, Antonio Lia earned a 33 on the ACT. His future plans include attending Michigan State University (Honors College), East Lansing and studying English or Engineering. He attended Immanuel Macomb for grade school and Immanuel Macomb is his home congregation.
Antonio has participated in National Honor Society, EXAMPLE, Gaming Club, Mock Trial, Theatre, and Writing Club.
When asked Who influenced you the most in your academic career, Antonio answered:
My third grade teacher Mrs. Jacques. One day (after failing a recent memory assignment), she pulled me aside and told me to not be lazy and actually do my homework. It apparently worked.
