Spiritwear Orders are now available!!

If you wish to purchase Lutheran North spiritwear, order forms are available below. Complete the form below for 2021-2022 Spirit Wear. Items will be shipped to Lutheran North for pick up.

- Payment (Cash or check) must be to Lutheran North prior to the order being placed. If you are trying to order different colors of the same shirt, you will need to fill out separate order forms. You are able to make multiple shirt choices, but on one order form you can only purchase one color per item at this time.

- Please keep track of the number of items you are ordering and the amount per order as you will need to list it on the last page.

- No order will be placed without money paid to the office.

- ALL ORDERS AND MONEY ARE DUE BY 8/27 AT 3PM.

- Delivery will be roughly 3 weeks after, we will email all of those that placed orders when it is time to pick them up.
