Matthew M. Hiler Scholarship

In memory of Matthew Hiler, the family has established an endowed scholarship to support young people who seek an education within the Lutheran High School Association. Both he and his wife, Heather, attended Lutheran North High School, and their youngest son will attend Lutheran Northwest in the fall.

Matthew excelled in academics and was a leader in athletic programs. Throughout all his success, Matthew remained humble with a great sense of humor and an infectious laugh.

He cherished his family and his many long-lasting friendships. Through this scholarship, Matthew’s family intends to keep his spirit among us and open opportunities for others. It is what he would want.
