John Dumar, the Teacher, the Coach, the Co-Inventor

Congratulations to Mr. John Dumar!

He was surprised in chapel today with a special presentation by the owner of Johnson Heating & Cooling, LLC Dave Johnson (LHN alum ‘99). Dave reached out to Mr. Dumar back in 2016 when he and his wife (a state licensed engineer) needed assistance with the math involved in their new invention. Mr. Dumar helped work-out the math involved in calculating some of the first mathematically “perfect” predictions, which relate to artificial intelligence for HVAC systems.
