Senior Spotlight: Katelyn Rousso
A 4.0+ student at Lutheran North, Katelyn Rousso earned a 1350 on the SAT. Her future plans include attending Oakland University (Honors College), Rochester and studying Biomedical Engineering. She attended St. John Fraser for grade school and St. John Fraser is her home congregation.
Katelyn has participated in National Honor Society, Cross Country, Soccer, Bowling, EXAMPLE, HOSA, Ski Club and Strength Training while at Lutheran North. In addition to outstanding academic achievements at Lutheran North, Katelyn earned Society of Women Engineers Michigan Technological University Chapter Certificate of Merit, Soccer All-District 2018, Varsity Athletic Award (Soccer and Cross Country), 2019 HOSA Regional Champion for the Nutrition event, and Scholar-Athlete Award.
When asked Who influenced you the most in your academic career, Katelyn answered:
My parents have influenced me most in my academic career. I am truly thankful that they decided to give me a Lutheran education. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose to attend Lutheran North every time.
