If you wish to purchase Lutheran North spiritwear, order forms are available below. Complete the form below for 2020-2021 Spirit Wear. Items will be shipped to Lutheran North for pick up.
Payment (Exact Cash or check) must be to Lutheran North prior to the order being placed. If you are trying to order different colors of the same shirt, you will need to fill out separate order forms. You are able to make multiple shirt choices, but on one order form you can only purchase one color per item at this time.
Please keep track of the number of items you are ordering and the amount per order as you will need to list it on the last page.
No order will be placed until payment in full is received.
ALL ORDERS WITH FULL PAYMENT ARE DUE BY 12/4 AT 3PM. Due to post office delays, we recommend dropping the money off at Lutheran North between 8am and 3pm if possible.
Items will be delivered and sorted by our MSC Spiritwear Volunteer and ready for pick up before Christmas Break.

This store is helpful if you would prefer to pay by credit card or happen to be looking for looking for items in Youth sizes.
