National Lutheran Schools Week Donations Needed

By proclamation of Rev. Dr. Matthew C. Harrison, the President of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, January 27 – February 2, 2019 is National Lutheran Schools Week. We have rescheduled our LSW activities to March 4th - March 8th. This year’s theme is Real. Present. God. based on Psalm 46. The opening verse of this psalm shares, “God is our refuge and strength and ever present help in trouble.” Lutheran North’s second annual service event for Lutheran Schools Week will take place on Thursday of that week. In order for our 576 students to serve as many people in metro Detroit as possible, we are in need of a variety of donations. Please consider donating items from this list and praying for Lutheran North’s Service Day projects. Donated items may be dropped off in the school office or in students Theology classrooms through the morning of Thursday the 7th.
