  3. When did you know that you wanted to be in the Lutheran high school environment and what led you to pursue that path?

My father got ill a few years ago and I walked away from my business to bring him into my home to care for him. When he became too ill for me to care for him exclusively, we moved him to a group home and I contemplated options for returning to the business world. I realized what I really wanted to do was mentor others on how to be successful in business, which lead to teaching. With my daughter attending Peace Lutheran and my work with them for over five years as Ministry Coordinator and Director of Media, the Lutheran school community felt like home.
