WHAT MADE YOUR LUTHERAN NORTH EXPERIENCE SPECIAL?

The teachers and community here at LHN really made my experience at North special. I feel really comfortable here and I feel like I’m truly getting a good education that will prepare me for the future.

WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR FUTURE MUSTANGS?

I would tell future mustangs to put themselves out there and get involved. I would also say to ask questions and pay attention in class. I would also encourage them to not be so scared, and to know that high school is a lot more fun than grade school :) also, make the most of high school while you still can!

WHICH TEACHER OR STAFF MEMBER AT LUTHERAN NORTH MADE A NOTABLY POSITIVE IMPACT ON YOU?

Mrs. Mandziara made a notable positive impact on me because she helped me learn to love learning, especially science. She is so passionate about teaching and how science reflects creation. She also has such a comforting presence, and many students consider her their “school mom.”

i want the community to know lutheran north is . . .

I want the community to know that LHN is a safe place that truly cares about its students. It’s a really great environment to grow up in and I’m really glad I ended up here rather than some other high school.

What is the #1 skill you are taking away from your experience at Lutheran North?

I learned to be assertive and speak my mind without being a pushover.

CONGRATULATIONS, ava!

To God Be the Glory!
