Senior Spotlight: Delaney Beckett
A 4.0 student at Lutheran North, Delaney Beckett earned a 1420 on the SAT. Her future plans include attending Ferris State University, Big Rapids and studying Biochemistry. She attended St. Peter Macomb for grade school and St. Peter Macomb is her home congregation.
Delaney has participated in National Honor Society, Theatre and Volleyball while at Lutheran North. In addition to outstanding academic achievements at Lutheran North, Delaney also earned Class of 2022 Valedictorian, Society of Women Engineers Madam Curie Award, Catholic League All Academic and MIVCA Academic All State. Delaney has also served her community through her church St. Peter assisting with the livestreaming and she tutors.
When asked Who influenced you the most in your academic career, Delaney answered:
My big brother, Logan Beckett, has influenced me the most academically. He has inspired me with his own accomplishments, along with pushing me to take difficult classes and learn outside of what is required for school. I have learned to be dedicated and passionate about learning by watching his example. With his love, support, ad unwavering confidence in me, I have been able to achieve all that I have today.
