Senior Spotlight: Nicholas Jasion
A 3.971 student at Lutheran North, he earned a 1370 on the SAT. Future plans include attending the University of Michigan to major in biology/pre-med. Nicholas has been a member of HOSA Club, chess club, a volunteer at Henry Ford hospital, Ski and Snowboard club, church basketball league member, Student Council representative, tennis club, bowling club, track and field hurdler and relay runner, Trinity Lutheran Church Vacation Bible School volunteer and technical assistant, Beaumont’s Student Heart Check volunteer and elementary and middle school tutor. Honors include National Honor Society chapter president, Varsity Athletic Award Ski and Snowboard Club. He said his mom, Denise Jasion, has been the most influential in is academic career. “My mom has continued to inspire me throughout my years of schooling. She supports me in all of my endeavors and is always motivating me to do my best. She is loving, kind and caring and always is there even when I am not having the best of days.”
